This bedtime herbal infusion is crafted to assist in your journey into the dreamworld — with the intention that your dreams be gentle and sweet, and that both your mind and body eased before rest. An intuitive blend of herbs to relax a tense body, ease anxiety, calm a busy mind, invite a gentle feeling of euphoria, sweetness and calm in the heart.

Infuse 1-2 tsp per cup of boiling water, allow to steep for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy. Only have before bedtime as this blend may cause drowsinessChamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) – With its mild sedative and tranquilizing actions, chamomile has long been used to ease anxiety and support restful sleep. Its sweet, apple-like flavour also soothes digestion, which can be a factor in sleep disruption.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – A calming herb traditionally associated with the Moon. With a mildly sweet taste and gentle sedative action, lemon balm is used to soothe nervous tension, ease anxiety, uplift the mood, and promote restful sleep. It has also been known to support cognitive clarity and emotional balance.
