This herbal infused balm was crafted to assist in the journey into the dreamworld — intending for dreams to be gentle and sweet, and that both mind and body be eased before rest. Herbal blend is slowly infused into Olive oil, filtered and set with locally sourced unrefined beeswax. Contains Vitamin E oil, and Lavender Essential Oil.
Apply a small amount to wrist, temples and chest as needed

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) – With mild sedative and tranquilizing actions, chamomile has traditionally been used to ease anxiety and support restful sleep.

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) - With mild sedative action, lemon balm is used to soothe nervous tension, ease anxiety and uplift the mood.

Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) – Renowned for its ability to calm the nervous system, Lavender has been traditionally used to relieve stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

Rose (Rosa spp.) – Rose petals have been used for their astringent, cooling, and calming actions, as well as to uplift the spirit, soothe the skin, and comfort the heart.

Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) - Traditionally used to ease insomnia, anxiety, nervous tension, and even migraines, valerian helps to soothe the body and prepare the body for deep rest and softened dreaming.

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) – Long revered and used as the dreaming herb, Mugwort is closely associated with the Moon, intuition, and dreamwork.

Blue Lily (Nymphaea caerulea) – Also referred to as Blue lotus, this plant is used in ceremony to enhance relaxation, spiritual awareness, and dream states, it is said to promote heart-opening, and vivid dreaming.

This bedtime herbal infusion is crafted to assist in your journey into the dreamworld — with the intention that your dreams be gentle and sweet, and that both your mind and body eased before rest. An intuitive blend of herbs to relax a tense body, ease anxiety, calm a busy mind, invite a gentle feeling of euphoria, sweetness and calm in the heart.

Infuse 1-2 tsp per cup of boiling water, allow to steep for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy. Its sweet, apple-like flavour also soothes digestion, which can be a factor in sleep disruption.

Rose (Rosa spp.) – The queen of flowers, beloved since antiquity for her beauty and heart-healing fragrance. Cleopatra is said to have filled her palace knee-deep in rose petals to welcome her lover. Rose petals have been used for their astringent, cooling, and calming actions, as well as to uplift the spirit, soothe the skin, and comfort the heart. Rosehips, a component of the plant, are rich in vitamin C and support immune health.

Valerian Root(Valeriana officinalis) – A powerful herbal sedative, valerian contains valepotriates and other compounds known for their calming, sleep-inducing effects. Traditionally used to ease insomnia, anxiety, nervous tension, and even migraines, valerian helps to still the body and prepare the nervous system for deep rest and dreaming.

This balm was crafted to offer deep, targeted relief for sore muscles, nerve discomfort, minor joint inflammation, and recovery. It blends the wisdom of Hermetic herbalism with the potency of wildcrafted herbs. Slow infused in olive oil and combined with locally sourced, unrefined beeswax. Contains Eucalyptus, Camphor essential Oil and Menthol crystals.
Apply a small amount into sore muscles, massaging into the area. A cooling sensation will be felt. Wash hands after use, keep out of reach of children.

Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) Traditionally used to help mend bruises, strains, and minor sprains, comfrey speeds cellular repair and eases discomfort.

St. John’s Wort Seeds & St Johns Wort infused Oil (Hypericum perforatum) SJW oil is used externally to treat wounds, burns, sunburn, abdominal pain, nerve conditions, muscle and joint problems. Due to added menthol crystals, do not apply to open wounds.

Cannabis (Cannabis Sativa) This herb brings anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and muscle-relaxant properties, when applied topically, helping to relieve pain and tension without systemic effects.

Peppermint (Mentha pipperita) - Peppermint can be used to soothe headaches when rubbed into the temple, as well as for aching muscles, owing to its mind analgesic and cooling properties, which are known to increase blood flow to the area
