A little bit about me

I am a mother, a home herbalist, an artist, and a conservationist. Over the past decade, I’ve studied and worked as a conservationist, koala tracker, and bush regenerator. It was during this time that I discovered my deep love for plants—especially their medicinal, edible, and practical uses, both in native Australian species and non-native medicinal herbs.

Becoming a mother brought this connection into sharper focus. The challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood led me to truly feel held by herbs. I experienced firsthand how herbs can soothe the nervous system during times of overwhelm, and how profoundly they support physical healing after the intensity of birth.

What had been a quiet passion came fully to life during this transformative period. Since then, I’ve began study in a Bachelor of Health Science (Western Herbal Medicine). My background in conservation has given me strong skills in identifying medicinal plants in the wild, allowing me to confidently forage ingredients. This means I can work with herbs growing in their natural environments, harvested at their peak, and always with deep care and respect for the earth.
